Neasden IQ Boxing Club prides itself on ensuring that every boxer who competes for the Club has been well schooled and is technically competent.
Our competitive boxers are always very active, and we possess a very high win ratio each season
To be part of the Competitive Boxer at IQ, you must be a member and a competitive boxer of the Club.
On your first visit to the Club (and annually) you are required to complete a basic application form which can be downloaded from the form page.
Alternatively, you can complete the same form on arrival to the Club, if this is your preferred option we recommend that you arrive at least ten/fifteen minutes early prior to the session
All our Coaches are qualified England Boxing Coaches, all have been enhanced DBS checked, First Aid trained and have participated in the required Safeguarding Courses.
Our junior boxing class teaches children the basic boxing skills, including foot work, techniques and bag work.
The junior classes are coached by qualified England Boxing Coaches, all have been enhanced DBS checked, First Aid trained and have participated in the required Safeguarding Courses.
The junior boxers are the youngest age group and this creates a pathway to competitive boxing with the Neasden IQ Boxing amateurs.
To participate in our junior boxing classes, your child must be a member of the Club.

Our Recreational Boxing and Fitness Classes which run are aimed towards anyone who would like to learn the fundamentals of Boxing, benefiting from boxing fitness and assisting with mental health without progressing to compete.
If you are interested in training like a boxer in a boxers environment without the full contact combat, but using the same rigorous workouts then this is the class for you!.
